Helped, but it was not the game changer I thought it would be. I broke my nose as a young kid and did the septum surgery later in life, perhaps if I had fixed it when it broke the outcome would have been better.

I thought mine was a game changer when they first pulled out the stents but I have to take Flonase now constantly or it gets backed up and I can’t breathe worth a shite.
