Tracking Ramone the Homeless Hoarder

Based on prior post here on the OT I've been able to reconstruct parts of Ramone's travels through Louisiana on his way to Alaska.
The first mention I could find about Ramone on the OT is from May 3 when he was on Airline near 310 in St. Charles Parish. Word is the St. Charles Sheriff's office rented a U-haul to get him out of their parish and dropped him off in EBR.
Here's he is on May 27:
Next picture is from June 23:
I can't take credit for these pictures but I was able to identify both locations on Google Earth and it looks like he made it about 3.5 miles in a month
Ramone stayed in the same spot under the "Road Work 1 Mile" sign throughout July and August but started moving again about a week ago - last Saturday (Sept. 10) he had moved about 100 yards north of the sign and by Monday morning he was another 300 yards closer to Alaska.
If anyone is traveling on US61 north of Baton Rouge please provide updates with this location!

If he wanted to get rich by gritfting donations and charity he shouldn't have started in Louisiana.

I got a picture sent to me today. He now has 2 Gorilla carts and a Home Depot lumber cart. He has traveled another 100 yards from your last picture.
Thinking about buying him a 6 pack for one of those Gorilla carts.

I saw that dude about 3 weeks ago when we were heading to Lutcher for a funeral. I had no idea a homeless human could acquire that much shite.

What happened to the scaffold he had? Is he running a flea market too?

The traffic cones...

Someone should secretly put an Apple Air Tag type GPS device on this guy so we can all track his progress.

The state needs to clean the junk off the side of the fricking highway and buy this guy a bus ticket to wherever he wants to go. This shite is fricking stupid.

Is he still by the road construction signs. I went by there 2 months ago to go to the dump and saw him out there with his clothes hanging from the signs to dry.
This dude mentally out there.
We need to tell him to move along or his stuff will be impounded at the dump.
Guy had a tent, small generator, either an Ac or a fan for his tent.

I say leave that ole boy alone. He is just out walking the earth. Not sure why he is lugging all that crap with him, but whatever.

I first saw him in March at the storage unit across from the Waffle House at the S-bend of Jefferson highway near Oschner in Jefferson.
From there he quickly got to airline. Likely a ride. Idk.
He took forever to get to Power Boulevard. After another 2 weeks he made it to St Charles parish. It took him another two weeks it seemed to get to Ormond. Around that point. The sheriff had him moved to the st John parish line. After a couple of days in st John the sheriff there got a box truck and brought him to unincorporated northern EBR parish. Where he decided to live rather than go to Alaska.
