Sounds like the state is fricking up a good thing. I met some guys from south Africa that came to LSU to train for fire and anti terrorism stuff out there. They actually did some classroom time in the environmental building.

Chief Wallis a really fine man. He will get things going great. Won't happen overnight. Takes time.
