Is golf suites open. Looks like you could have a mud bog out there.

They're going to have to figure out a drainage plan or they'll learn what the swamp smells like

Place is struggling right now. We went Tuesday afternoon and they didn’t have enough balls for everyone. They’re still trying to retrieve them with the cart but can’t because they’re all sunk in the mud.

That piece of property sucks. You literally have to handpick that range every morning. They should have spent money on drainage.

Just wait when we get some major rains, the water will cover the entire tee box and all of the electronic stuff in the bays. Disaster waiting to happen.

I heard when they bought that property that they were going to do $400K worth of dirt work, they did $0.

From what I've seen, I don't know why anyone would go there over Topgolf, especially in the summer or winter. They just took a good idea, made a shittier version of it, then put it right down the street from the better one.

He needs to put them in a weatherproof enclosure and shrink wrap all connectors. Sounds like an excuse for ineptitude.

Went today for the 1st time.

Was super soggy and every ball plugs. Have no idea how they are going to retrieve thousands of balls stuck in the mud.

My impressions are as follows:

If you're expecting a regular range you'll be pleasantly surprised.

If you're expecting a top golf like experience you'll extremely dissappinted.

Yeah it’s impossible to make it at that spot. I bet that lease is close to 10k a month.

Seriously? That’s Towne Center kind of rent. And they’ve dumped some $$$ into too. Golf business is a tough business.

Hope you been doing well, mr. snatchola

All good bro!

Well I know it was around 5k 16 or 17 years ago. It had an escalation clause in it every year. Maybe not quite at 10k now, but at least 8-9k.

Bump. How's this place doing? Anybody been recently?

Almost every time I drive by it doesn't look like anyone is there. But occasionally I'll drive by and the parking lot is full (maybe an event).

Anyone have a recent review? How's the food and bar/restaurant setup?

I went with son for a birthday party.
It was a great time.
Track man at every bay.
Waitress was awesome.
$12 buckets of beer.
Pizza was real good.
Live band had added a nice vibe to the atmosphere.
Kids played cornhole in between rounds.
Will definitely go back.

Went two weeks ago. Was great! Food was cheap and good. Beer was cold and cheap. Hit in bay for an hour, ate, caught a buzz and Ubered back to my Air BnB near campus all for $127 (including tip and Uber ride). Same amenities would’ve been double or triple at TG.
