I think Helena Moreno would be the best in decades. Yes she’s your typical Nola liberal but could bring in a lot of companies in my opinion

Yeah. No.

WTF can NOLA area offer?

The only real option is to bring in some manufacturing etc with the river access.

However, these liberals look down on manufacturing. They only want banking, tech, shite like that.

The best play would be to use river to boost manufacturing. Then improve city and be attractive to other shite.

That will never happen.

New Orleans is done my man, does not matter who the mayor is when the DA is releasing hardened criminals daily , and not prosecuting them for new crimes that they are committing . It’s actually starting to spill over in JP , and the DA’s over there also are becoming soft on crime . They have both folded to the woke mobs .

No white person has a chance of ever being mayor. Satan could be black, and they'd vote for him, just because. Citizens are too ignorant to listen to the issues and vote on color. It's never going to change.

The best thing for NOLA would be for the Gulf to claim it.

The only hope for New Orleans is another major flood, fire, or earthquake.

As long as there is a certain demographic there coupled with a good serving of white liberals you will get the New Orleans government which we see on display.

New Orleans is done and they will not have a plan nor be able to attract mfg jobs.

This area is not an attractive place for young people to move to with families.
It hard to attract mgmt and skilled labor to this area.

She's going to be worse than Teedy. Teedy is just a corrupt moron. Helena is a true believer. Also, she's not from New Orleans.

I want you to imagine for a moment that you are the Chief Development Officer of a company that is looking for a new site. Your boss sends you around the South to let’s say Nashville, Raleigh, Tampa, Birmingham, and New Orleans. In each city you meet with city planners and leaders, review the news and demographic data, and soak the city in. After all that, you are asked to choose a city. Which city are you choosing if your job depended on getting it right?
