Yes...then they were eradicated like cockroaches into extinction. When you go down the brutality road it ends well for noone.

Sure as heck not going to pretend I wouldn’t be shooting frickers in the legs and interrogating them if we captured some invading soldiers in houston after the frickers had bombed the crap out of us
No you wouldn't.
War is hell. There's no honor in shooting a captured enemy soldier already incapacitated. It's chickenshit and it's a war crime.

After a month of unprovoked war and terror bombings of civilians loss of home and family your attitude might change. Don’t know what those troops did prior to capture but their behavior may have inflamed the animosity. And what the frick was an Azeri doing in Ukraine.

That's cool, but if you're going to act like savages, don't beg for US weapons and pity from the West.
I can't imagine NATO or US troops acting this way. There's a code of combat and engagement soldiers agreed to follow after WWII and WWI savagery.

At least some of those POWs were also shot in the groin/testicles area.

What you "imagine" is fed to you by media and entities that want you to think this way. War is hell and always will be and the good Ole USA has had their moments just like that during its "wars."

This video shows the corpse of a woman in the basement of building in Mariupol. It was a base for the Urkanians.
It’s shown at 00:02:11
The woman appears to have been raped, and the video says tortured.
Whoever did drew a swastika on her chest in blood.
Her head is partially covered by a bag, like the ones used in the Kharkov video.

It’s hard to sort through all the propaganda, but it sure seems the Russian military may have bitten off more than they can chew.
BTW, getting shot like that in any extremity with a high powered rifle is essentially a death sentence unless one gets immediate emergency care.

True. Considering that US supplied Ukraine with more weapons and military funding/training than any country in the past, I'd say Russians seem to have forgotten lessons from Afghanistan when US also armed and trained Mujahadeen in CIA Operation Cyclone. This is another proxy war where Russians did not fully appreciate the scale or armament of their opposition. I think they can still persevere but over long term IF they don't run out of high precision missiles and start utilizing drone warfare instead of heavy boots on the ground approach.

Funny how we can supply the taliban and Ukrainians with all these weapons but the US gov refuses to give its own citizens the same level of firepower. That is a stimulus I could get behind

Trump asked 11 billion for border wall. Huge uproar by D-rats.
Than with a snap of a finger, US gives 15 billion to a shitty little Ukraine. We have nobody but our dumbass neighbors who vote for D's and RINOs to blame for this.

All the crying on here about the poor Russians is ridiculous. They invaded Ukraine, used prohibited weapons on civilians. At this point if Ukraine had a nuke and used it, would be justified. Anything against the Russians is justified. Frickem don’t start no shite won’t be none.
See, I shouldn't have to explain this to you, assuming you aren't in middle school, but individual Russian soldiers don't really have an option to just opt out of the war. They are just pure fodder for an Authoritarian strongman. They certainly don't deserve to be tortured and maimed upon capture. I mean, civilization figured this out 100 years ago. Be smarter and better bro.

The Russians have identified two of the men responsible. They’re Azov.

How do you know who they are? maybe they are Chechen or Spetsnatz, Wagner Group, or some of Putin's contract soldiers?

As far as I can tell, the Chechens are larping, not fighting.

Horrible video…I feel for those Russian soldiers. I saw another horrible video yesterday of an elderly couple fleeing and came across the wrong Russian patrol. Both elderly people killed, HEAVY fire completely sawed off the top of their vehicle…saw what looked like an open skull or neck stump. War is horrific. It is what it is. This is total war and it’s ugly and bloody and often without rules.
Honestly, an argument could be made that the Ukrainians though they were being merciful with a leg shot, but failed to realize how devastating the damage would be. We don’t know if these are professional soldiers, but I would bet they are militia or conscripts. If they wanted to murder them, a shot to the head would have done it.

I would almost buy that argument, except for the fact that they were being interrogated. Being blasted in the legs during interrogation is more in line of torture, not so much mercy.
Considering there are no medics and shots were placed randomly from Ak47, I'd say it's as good as a lethal shot. Just slow death.
