It definitely should be a transparent list and letters sent to the person being put on it along with a process for getting off the list. Lawyer, court or whatever. And what evidence was given that the person was unruly.

The flight attendant, pilot or air marshal should sign an affidavit - like those who saw election irregularities and fraud and put themselves legally on the line.

Any list like this is a dangerous and powerful tool or weapon. Tread lightly.

Mask below nose? Poof, you never can fly again. This might be a bridge too far.

So you are going to put this level of accountability in the hands of flying cocktail waitresses? Great plan tell me how it works!

As a sponsor of capitalism, I'll support this CEO.

But the federal government must cease all tax breaks and incentives for airlines if this happens.

Simple all the disruptive unruly drunk passenger will not be able to fly on any US Airline . Sorry about the link my bad .

bullshite. I’ve seen enough World Star videos on this sight alone to prove you just have to be within the vicinity of an airport for a certain segment of the population to be throwing down.
Spirit Airlines gonna be banging and the DOJ ain’t gonna do a damn thing about it.

agree with all of this....some of these assholes who assault stewardesses or fight on planes deserve a ban and a process to get reinstated.

Private companies can ban customers, that is their business, but your asking the government to restrict your ability to travel.

It’s going to be abused. And it changes the premise, from you have the right to travel, to you have their permission to travel.

Imagine having your flying privilege suspended, because your ex wife says you haven’t paid your child support.

It also ignores the problem, stewardesses are acting like jailers, masks trigger a fight or flight response, and hyper aggressive behavior in some, and that we have laws to punish people already, like laws forbidding assault.

There absolutely needs to be more repercussions for shitheads in the sky.

I'd be all for it AFTER THE MASK MANDATE is dropped.

I think that's the reason why everyone is being shitty.

Yup and needs to go both ways. Ahole stewardesses need to remember who the customer is. One that gets in a high horse for a 2 yr not keeping a mask on needs to be fired and on the no fly list too for escalating it too.

Also, airlines need to remove the mandate or be sued, especially after they admitted they don't make a difference on the plane. And they've known this. They have been purposely keeping a rule in place that doesn't matter knowing that it has caused these issues.
