I remember this case. I wonder if they'll ever figure out why the guy was walking the streets in the wee morning hours. He went to school at Tulane. Surely, he knew better than that. I'm not trying to blame the victim because the scum shooter is responsible, but the whole thing is odd.

I think he also was against bottled water so the video of him buying two bottles was odd. I believe his family said that was odd.

Honestly curious to see what unfolds.

That he was at ms maes and then pops up randomly walking home down Claiborne makes less than zero sense

Then pair it with totally random stranger bumps into him, shoots him, departs, and is identified five years later….

Did the guy mouth off to a cell mate before making bond or something?

Not like I need/deserve answers. Just seems strange all around.

I mean I can guess why he was where he was and why he got water but don't want to victim shame.

Just know when you look to party find an option other than cruising the ghettos.
