School ID is what was referenced there.
Have only been asked for an ID at one place I have been, so it really is a pointless thing to hang up on.

I’m not running from that. You really want to call me out for being one of only a handful of people saying the virus was going to come here and infect most people we knew?
I specifically remember arguing for days with people who were saying it would never get out of China, that it was only infecting the Chinese because they are smokers and have air pollution, that it was only going to kill people in China because they have poor hygiene, etc. That was the view of the majority and I got roasted for taking the opposite stance. So yea if you want to call me out I’ll accept it.
People like Scruffy said we wouldn’t know a single person that ever got infected. He was praised.
And yes I did say localized lockdowns may be necessary IF hospitals in those areas were overwhelmed. Then as soon as the hospital is able to function they should be lifted. And only in a very localized manner (zip code level) where the outbreak occurred. That is still my view, I just don’t think we ever got to that point where it was necessary. I never heard of anyone who didn’t get the care they needed.
This is also a very different situation of forced vaccinations.

Which ones, genuinely trying to know for when people ask for dining suggestions? Only place I went that asked for matching ID was definitely the bartender and not the establishment.

I don’t think I’ve ever been asked for ID to match vaxx card.
