Well, we’re once again allowing our opening opponent a warm up game before they play us. Even if it is FSU that’s still an advantage for them.

Yes. We still play in the SEC in case you forgot. We’ll have to see how the rest of the roster shakes out with the portal.

How any LSU person can be 8-0 optimistic for first 8 games of 2022 is beyond my understanding. We have been a 50-50 team for two years and our talent/numbers level are at the lowest rates in many, many years.

That said, I have no idea how many games we will win in 2022
(6-8 would be my guess) but I'll be there screaming for my Tigers as usual.

I think 6-2 or optimistically 7-1 could be pretty reasonable considering it's front loaded with FSU, McNeese, and New Mexico

A lot of it will hinge on how good the SEC competition during that stretch is. Presumably out of AU, Tenn, Ole Miss, UF there will be some closely contested games. I feel comfortable saying MSU is a win.

We will have a true freshman quarterback(don’t at me). I think 6-2 is realistic.

It's kinda hard to tell. We've got about a half of a team right now.

I can buy 6-2, 7-1, but not 8-0 before UA

I would say 6-2 or 7-1. Kiffin is building a juggernaut in Oxford.

Auburn isn't the fearsome opponent they once were, but we play them there. That team is hard to beat at Jordan-Hare, and I can visualise a resurgent TJ Finley coming out in good form to humiliate his former team.
