Boogie Nights - the drug deal scenes with Sister Christian and Jessies Girl blaring.

Good call. Mark Wahlberg is great in the scene. He goes from tweaker to evaluating life to GtFO of here. Without saying a word. And a random obviously abused Chinese boy popping firecrackers.

I feel bad for anyone who tells me they haven’t seen Boogie Nights. Just because they think it’s all a Porn story.

And the entire D-Day beach sequence in Saving Private Ryan.
I thought the more tense scene was the one on one fight between the German and Mellish. The first time I cried watching a movie was at the end of that scene as the knife slowly goes and Mellish is begging for him to stop.

Back in my drug buying days if I would have had to sit there with that fricker popping firecrackers my heart would've exploded. That scene makes me so uncomfortable

The restaurant scene from The Godfather always comes to mind. The train in the background helps

Don’t know what you’re poison was, but imagine it was meth. So you’re on meth. Trying to steal meth and $$$ from a gangster. Lol

Sicario ending when Alejandro gets to Alacon at his compound and is eating dinner with his wife and kids.

The Manson compound scene at the old studio in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

The final scene in Resevoir Dogs leading up to the 3 way shootout.

They say Pesci ad-libbed a lot of that scene and it worked out great.

Was coming to post this. The bridge scene is awesome. That scene is intense.

My friend has pretty significant anxiety and, though he loves the movie, he chooses not to watch that specific scene in Boogie Nights because it gave him a full-on panic attack once.

All of the previously mentioned were excellent answers, but one that jumped out to me because I watched it for the first time recently... Buried with Ryan Reynolds. I will say it legit had me checking to see if I was breathing multiple times throughout the movie.

Great question OP
