Per Chip Brown on the Gotleib show the big 12 lite is staying together thanks to an unamed network (ABC/ESPN) offering a new tv deal that will pay all schools SEC money.

why is espn doing this? Do they think they are going to make a profit showcasing crappy big 12 lite games. Oh boy iowa state vs baylor is on yay

they are more looking at the money they would lose if the big 12 would fall apart

Chip says a lot of shite, and is right a few times. Kinda like Nostradamus. He is making a power play for his own agenda by stating these rumors as facts (like last friday)

Guess being right once or twice negates being wrong as much.
