Miles' job is? clock management? Personnel management? Come on, what the hell does he do well other then recruiting and paying coordinators more then they are worth?

Wow, you have no fricking clue what a head Coach does. When in 1990's were you born?

Please enlighten me oh great reservoir of coaching knowledge.

I forgot that he goes and speaks to booster clubs and raises money for the U. My b.

But please, tell me what it is that Miles does so fricking well since you seem to know.

Well for starters, Goose, Maxi, Smartass, etc., he's won about 51 more games over the last 5 years than you have. He's also won a few big bowl games. Hmmmm, would love for you jackasses to get Tuberville so you could whine for another 5 years.

The people who dislike Miles must want Tuberville to replace him?

I suppose no one else on the staff or team had anything to do with this...

Sure they did. But then those same people must also be responsible for the losses too. It's not all on Miles. Well, maybe Ole Miss...

I never said that there was no one else to blame. I'm just asking, what it is that Miles is so good at, that I should concentrate on "it" over the glaring problems that he has shown since day 1.

and that means what exactly? I don't think any one is saying any of the posters on this board could do a better job, but there are many other coaches that could.

No, the point was that you guys do not know what you want, just want to gripe under the guise of creating discussion points. Fine with that, but the reality is that under post number 76,659 when you advocate JDR, or post number 84,289 when you want Brian Kelly, or even post 91,872 when you would like to try Kyle Whittingham, etc., nothing is a guarantee of success with anyone, even the very small man in the BCSNC game this year that Bammer fans will find out about soon enough.

Chavis leaving would not be a plus for Miles. He either brings it for real next year or he's probably in trouble.

I don't know, I'm not exactly privy to the inner workings of the program. From what I can tell, Miles recruits well, his players and assts. like him, he's great in bowl game preperation, , he lets his assts. do their own thing and doesn't interfere (sometimes to his detriment), and he generally wins the games he's supposed to.

No, I'm pretty sure we know "what" we want. The argument comes when we discuss "who" and "how" we get there.

I don't disagree, but that is why we all frequent a "discussion" forum.

You mean a "bitching, if-you-don't-agree-with-me-you're-an-obvious-idiot-who-knows-nothing-about-football" forum.

Wasn't talking about Miles per se. It is surprising for all the Chatta on this board, that people really don't know what a College level Football Coach does.

No way...at least half the people on here could step right into Belichik's role, and make all the right moves.
