I agree with Chavois at Tennessee. I don't think UT is retaining any coaches and he has put a ton of guys in the NFL.

How can anyone not be sold on Bumpas...........30 years of football under his belt and look at what he has done at TCU.

I think the other poster was questioning the level of competition that TCU was playing against. They shut down a BYU team with a decent offense. I think DB would be a great DC at LSU.

I endorse this man for LSU defensive coordinator

Fire Peveto and demote Mallory back to DBs
Miles has been with Mallory for a long time so I just don't see him leaving. Also, Mallory has done a pretty good job with our DBs except for this year. Peveto, on the other hand, has been with Miles for only 3 years and has done mediocre at best with our LBs.
Hire Bumpas as DC/LBs coach
Currently DC/DL coach at TCU. Also was DC/LBs coach at Western Michigan and Houston.
Remember: Only 10 coaches are allowed according to NCAA rules
Just shooting in the dark fellas....
feedback? any other possible scenarios?

If Greg Robinson is the answer then Miles better make a move now being that he will probably be looking for a job after being fired from Syracuse.
Can he coach LBs too?

Greg Robinson gets my vote with his Texas ties.

I like Greg Robinson. Whoever is at Boise State does a good job, I wonder what they could do with more talent here.

Well of course Greg Robinson would be great. Any man who was a DC for a Superbowl team has my vote but going from Head Coach to DC in college.......maybe he would be up for it.
