Why is everyone freaking out?

What more did you want from LSU? They took a legit shot at the two coaches that the entire board wanted and missed out. Not because they weren't willing to spend. Not because they dropped the ball. Seems they had substantial offers on the table. The reality is neither coach wanted to come here.
I can understand being bummed we didn't land Herman or Fisher, but the effort and desire was their on our part.
Time to move on. We're all still Tigers. It is what it is. Orgeron with an A-Tier DC and OC has every reason for us to be optimistic. Can we stop the doom and gloom until we see those decisions come out? We should be able to pay Aranda an absurd amount to stay here with the money saved and our top notch recruiting staff is still 100% in tact as of now.
Have some faith. LSU threw their best punch.

To have a backup plan for the hat wasn't Ed ogeron. I mean we had almost 3 months to prepare and alleva seemingly panicked before all the games were even completed

Because there are better candidates than Orgeron, and Alleva never looked any further than 3 canidates.

LSU is run by guys who can't get the job done, can't hit the target.
