Would he come running if we offered? He wins regularly at Miss State with the least amount of talent in the west

I'd like him. Look at what he's accomplished with miss St and Dak Prescott. Could do better with the resources at LSU. Also similar recruiting grounds.

Lulz if you think USC is going after Leach after dumping a drunk of a football coach

Yeah, I hope Mullen doesn't get overlooked. He would be a great coach at LSU IMO. Coached a good bit under Urban Meyer at Bowling Green, Utah, and Florida. So he would bring some of that mindset. Young up and coming coach. I think he is just what LSU needs and he is a very safe choice if not the big name home run. I don't know how you could go wrong with him if he is interested. First order of business would be to dump Cam and Peveto.

Even the recruiting class wouldn't take to big a hit this year with Mullen. He is going to be familiar with these recruits and them with him.

***I like the Dan Mullen*** Hire he is very young, knows how to recruit and develop a QB, Tim Tebow and Dak Prescott. The QB for next year at State is ready to start now if need at MSU. He is young, offensive mind and fits in well where every he has been. I think he will be not only a safe hire but one we will be happier & happier as each year goes by. And he is loyal; well loyal as you can be in this industry if you want to survive. He loves his players but is very strict and structured with their routines.

Would be a great higher. What he has accomplished in the past 2 seasons with 2 and 3 star players in a division with LSU, Auburn, Bama, TAMU, and Ole Miss, is just incredible.

If not Jimbo, I want Mullen.
