I loved his response when asked how does he recruit kids when they ask him if he will be there for 4/5 years of their career, he simply says no coach can promise you that.
That answer sounds like a coach who knows he will be somewhere else.

My theory is that Herman set this whole thing in motion. He started the downward spiral of Miles back in 2011. Just look at where he was.
