These guys sources must really be tigerdroppings... I can not believe they went on air and said what they said. Literally was nothing informative came out of that. I also agree with WildTchoupitoulas, it is a great thing situations like this are not leaked.

usually, the leaks with this stuff this time of year comes via some side comments from recruits, who are being reassured, etc. But, maybe we won't get those kinds of leaks until the Dead Period is over.

Buddy D was the closest thing that I can remember to a major local sports personality who would tell the truth. Jim Henderson in New Orleans did so as well with his commentaries for WWL. But, other than that, we end up with a lot of sycophants who don't really investigate what is happening and develop sources.

right. he was a mole not a journalist or media.
Another LSu board not named had a mole. he used to play o line for LSU. He was the one who was right about Miles taking the reins of the offense after 2009 when JJ couldn't handle crowton's playcalls. Of course crowton had an interview after that which proved that as well stating it wasn't his offense. Or just trust your eyes from that time and compare.

Getting the best DC possible is all that matters. If it takes us 3x as long to get the best one available and he has been available since September, so be it.
