Those "other" coaching jobs

Who do you think are potential hires at the other low rung jobs opening up?
As cool as it sounds to coach at Hawaii, that place seems to be a coaching grave yard.
UNT is not a football school, but how bad could it be to get your feet wet in the recruiting bed that is DFW?
UCF has a decent history of success in the past and a great recruiting location in FL, but they just seemed cursed.
What type of hire do you think any of these three schools should shoot for? I would guess that all 3 will be in the 650k - 1M range (which should put them in the middle to a little lower as far as coaches salaries go).
Is this a chance for some one like Nutt come back? Does a school like UNT chase after on the local Texas OC's (2 at TCU one at Baylor). Any ideas?

UCF is hardly one of those "other" jobs. They were in a major bowl 2 years ago. Better chance of getting to a major bowl at UCF than Maryland or Virginia.
If UNT is putting up some money they should get a good coach. Good recruiting territory, albeit with a ton of recruiting pressure.

VaTech - Chad Morris or Bud Foster
Maryland - Bill O'Brien or Mike Bobo (if not Locksley)
UCF - Lane Kiffen haha, tosh so mad. Maybe Skip Holtz or the OC from UF. (Mario Cristobal if he doesn't get the Miami job.)
Miami - Mario Cristobal, Lane Kiffen as well, Lane would LOVE Miami recruiting and tactics.
So Cal - Chip Kelly if he's fired from the Eagles. Jack Del Rio, if they put up HUGE $. Clay Helton, if he does well there now.

Mike Bobo
I would think he needs to prove a little more at CSU before being considered

I will laugh my arse off if Maryland hires Locksley. Did you see his record at New Mexico?

UCF shouls hire former OC Charlie Taaffe IMO. Yeah he is 64 years old, so what, have him coach for 8 years and hand it off.
