Imagine what he could do with an ESTABLISHED team and recruiting base. . .
He would be a GREAT hire. Northwest Tiger is just jacking off to pictures of Saban, don't listen to him.

what about Mike Bellotti?
Its not my top choice, that belongs to one of the 3 chicken said were off limits for this thread.
But what would the reunion with crowton be like? with RP and those two at the wheel i bet our offense could be scary. god help the defense though.

Are some of you really serious about Sarkisian? He'll probably make a successful head coach one day, but he's what.....33 or so years old? You really want someone that young running our program?
Why not just go after Kiffin or Pat Fitzgerald or Bret Bielema?

didnt we almost hire him in the late 80s?
gary patterson from tcu should be on the list
Posted on 11/29/07 at 3:51 pm to Chicken
Randy Edsall at UCONN should be on the list. That's a well coached, under-talented team that was 1AA not that long ago.
Somebody else already said Mangino.
I think everyone needs to remember that Les Miles wasn't on ANYONE's radar in the weeks after Saban left and that could happen again here.
My top 3:
1. Tedford
2. Schiano
3. Mangino
3a. Edsall

If you say Gary Pinkel or Mike LEach you deserve to be banned.
Yeah people forget(or never knew) that Pinkel has come very close to being fired on several occasions before this year. In fact, had Missouri not made that big comeback against S Carolina 2 years ago in their bowl game (Music City??) he was on his way out the next day.

I agree with GodFather- Cowher all the way baby! If he doesn't come, my top 3....

Okay dumbshit, I am just listing my top 3 in response to the question. No need for your assinine response. By the way, last time I checked Pinkel is still Missouri's head coach and well on his way to a possible BCS championship, as long as he doesn't blow the Big 12 Championship.
If I were to choose, it would be the man who brought us a NC. There's always room for a second chance in my book.
