Texas fires and then hires a coach within hours of each other

We literally folded at the idea we may have had to compete with Texas. It was sickening.

Reminds me a lot of South Carolina's coaching search last year.....

Though we had a glimmer of hope, are we REALLY surprised that Alleva once again essentially held his status quo in hiring Coach O?

Hopefully - there's that word again, we'll have better results than we've had with some of his other hires.

Texas is a dumpster fire. They will continue to be with that Mickey Mouse coach

So the best case is you hire one of the top coaches on the market for 6 million and the worst case is you drive up the price for a competitor in your region? The frick is the problem with either of those scenarios? Is that you Joe?
