ETA: i think herman is @ LSU next year. Just my opinion based on nothing other than feel. I do not think it is jimbo, but wouldnt melt if it was. I have no inside information.

Of course, that implies that the 49ers job will be open; which, after the season, likely means that Baalke is gone and the current administration is out in the cold.

Based on nothing but instincts and rumors from last year, I still think Chip Kelly to LSU is a very real possibility.

I don't think it is, if LSU is ready to name a guy by the end of the month. Unless he just decides he's done and quits early..

I'd take him over anyone at this point though tbh.

There were rumors last year that Kelly reached out to LSU, which is why I still think it's possible.

I could be 100% wrong. I guess we'll see.

Remember: Alabama was turned down by Rich Rod and Greg Schiano before they hired Nick Saban.
