So who is advising Coach Kelly on hiring Frank Wilson and others?

Frank Wilson is a huge get for LSU and for Coach Kelly, but it got me wondering who was advising coach on some of these hires?

Ole Woodrow loves him some football, so he's probably offering up some excellent advice at times, and I certainly mean in a non-micromanaging sort of way. I'm just waiting for all the clowns to tell me that a coach must choose his staff on his own. The fact is though this is a "team" atmosphere that Woody wants within the department.
