Joseph and Faulk aren’t going anywhere... Cregg is still up in the air. Figure he will be here another year for sure.

How does Calloway fit in? They said he will be on field coach this year.

Who will be the analyst this year that is flashy?
Do we get Munoz to come back as an analyst?

Good question - Calloway should be the QB coach at a minimum

There isn't room now to have Callaway as an on the field coach. Freeman would never agree to come and only have 2 coaches under him.

Honestly,

Idk

If you’re a DC and you have 2 assistant coaches and your coaching linebackers and you looks across the practice field and see OC, PGC, QB, WR, RB and OL coaches you’re gonna ask some questions.

Having a dedicated PGC and a QB feels like a luxury.

If Freeman wants 4 total Def coaches you let him have what he wants

I’m not sure you keep Raymond if you bring in a safeties coach again. Getting the full defensive backs room again has been reported to be real important to him

I have heard the same thing.

That Corey wants to coach all the dbs like before.

That’s understandable. I guess the point I’m trying to make is that we don’t want Freeman to walk away from negotiations because we didn’t offer enough staff positions. I’m sure it was already discussed before he agreed to interview.

OC - Peetz
PGC - Mangas
WR - Joesph
RB - Faulk
OL - Cregg
TE - Split time between WR and OL
QB - Calloway

DC -
DL -
DB - Raymond
LB -

ST - Vinnie Mac

What am I missing? ETA: ST

Freeman may go with only 2 if they are legit.

How many Grad assistants can you have?

Whats the rule on PCG? Does it have to count as an "on-field" coaching position? Theoretically he is simply assisting the OC with play suggestions on game day, otherwise an analyst.

It's literally not been reported ever at all. It's rantard group think repeating each other. Same way Callaway became a god in the past month.

You don't need a on field Tight Ends coach.

Given that they want to inculcate Brady's offense, Callaway's resume just doesn't measure up to Peetz and Mangas. Peetz is going to be the qb coach. I think the only way Callaway gets a field coaching job is as a grad assistant, coaching say TEs.

I'm sure he would be disappointed to the max and may not stay. But a lot would depend on his alternatives. Peetz or Mangas may not be here more than a year if we are successful, so he would be perfectly placed to move up then.
