Houston, Texas, and anyone else may try to swoop in, but as of now (and I expect it to stay true until Friday night - Saturday morning) it's Herman. The money, encentives and personnel was the sell for LSU. Not only was it a sell, it was incredible according to my sources. Herman is excited and sold the "committee" by basically guaranteeing a championship based on the talent level LSU is able to draw. No more posting. You will all see either Friday night or Saturday. LSU made a great hire.

Not inked, and won't be because Herman won't complete deal until after the season which is common courtesy unless you are an a-hole. Texas is out because they won't allow Applewhite at UT, which was a huge reason he won't go with UT.
