Very. What makes it worse is that I just don't understand it. It would be different if there were a rhyme or reason to it. But there's not. So many coaches out there that he didn't even consider or gauge interest. Dumbest shite I've ever seen in my life.

We'll all support O for now, but he and Alleva are both on very short leashes. Very little wiggle room. (Will get even shorter if O blows the Brennan deal)
You don't want to get off on the wrong foot with the fans after watching Alleva and his dysfunctional "Coach Hiring Process" unfold before our eyes. Don't know how he got this far with such weak Negotiation and Sales skills...........
