The Texas Longhorns would be the perfect fit for him. He can recruit the hell out of Texas, plus they have a very good running back to Les Miles liking. I think he can bring them back to national prominence and make it hard for the aggies to get the top players in the state of texas.

Wishful thinking so you can continue to dream of Tom Herman.

Tom Herman would be perfect for Baylor imo. Les will be back strong, his credentials is top notch.

You make a good point. But alas, the job is being held for Tom Herman should he choose to leap. If Strong is fired, you can predict the announcement that following day.

Although Miles will interview for Baylor, he will not get the job. Purdue has actually pursued him, yet doesn't fit Les Miles' narrative.

I'm pretty sure they got rid of their Les Miles a couple years back.

If Les was smart (that's a big if), he would get in position for a TV job. He could be a lesser version of Corso.

I still don't get this. The guy was always painful to listen to. He would be the equivalent to what Lou Holtz was on ESPN. I likeable guy we all like to poke fun at.

You expect the proud and stupid rich boosters of Texas to accept LSU's sloppy seconds? No chance, buddy. He's Baylor, Purdue, or Notre Dame bound. All programs I think he'd have pretty decent success at. He may even make, and subsequently get his arse handed to him, a playoff if he ends up at Notre Dame.

Think the Notre Dame job is a better fit.
