Looking alright so far. His guys missing tackles and a bit slow but I like his coaching philosophy.

His D is soft. Like small LBs like Chavis who can run but can't fill a hole.

You need quicker LB's when you go up against Washington State, Arizona, Arizona St., etc. each season.
