So we make a coaching hire based on a single play in an entire season? Nice. Real quality management.

Disagree. So, one play is deciding his future. I highly doubt it.

Or if they would of let Etling throw the ball in the end zone, but they didn't.

So you are saying he shouldn't be the coach based on that one play?

Or didn't fumble, or Jackson didn't fumble, or Jackson didn't get tossed aside like a rag doll.

Speaking of jackson , I know everyone loves his hair and speed, but can't tackle, isn't physical, and can't cover...but he fast.

Public perception plays a huge role. Don't ever doubt that

I would really love to know which morons in the admin/AD/booster community/university are championing O. WHO are the guys who look at a candidate like Herman aND one like O and somehow conclude the latter is better? OR rationalize hiring O instead of conducting a more thorough, sweeping search?

I just want to know who they are and have them articulate their rationale so that we could subject it to logical scrutiny.

He played well early in the year but struggled (to say the least) down the stretch. I still think he has the potential to be a great corner for us.
