Les Miles will be doing the interviewing and the hiring and I would be very surprised if Leach is a fit with Miles.
I think it would be interesting, though. Folksy, awkward Les and affable ascebic Mike Leach. Yeah, they'd get along like peas and carrots.

yep miles wants a puppy and a dead last offense. we aren't getting leach. the taf should step in and force miles to hire him

Why would Leach take an OC job? He built TT from nothing. He's one of the Top 10 prospects for HC somewhere.

look at it from this point....he won't get a top tier school that allows a MNC...if, big if, he came as OC to LSU, he has a perfect opportunity to build his reputation and possibly secure a MNC in the process....everyone knows after a school wins a MNC, other big schools come calling for all the coaches...i think it would be a good move and the alumni would raise the money to pay him

Hide and watch.
Leach will go to a big time program as HC, not OC. His salary will get dinged b/c of said electrical closet, but he'll be HC.
