Not like Orgeron was going anywhere, scheduling interviews... So Sexton frick with us, bye... So Herman decides Texas... boohoo... NEXT... it's due diligence and there were other great candidates out there. Maybe not Home Runs... but, frick, probably a triple, or at least a stand up double. We got a fielder's choice.

The decision was made fast to keep this years recruiting class together. Good, bad, or indifferent, that's the reason.

I agree. It's a terrible reason. It's like putting a band aid on a deadly wound. No fricks given about the long term. Why would Alleva care anyway? He'll be out of here soon.

Some people also said that he was forced to get out in front of this Herman thing. To announce O before Texas announced Herman so it looked like we didn't really want Herman. Nobody's buying that shite.
