Good hire, but I don't have any respect for Mack after that whole step-son debacle and the running around the sidelines. He is a hyper little crybaby who will always lose 3+ games a year without Vince Young.

His step-son bent down and touched a live football during the Holiday Bowl for which they got a penalty. There were about 5 members of his staff 10 yards out onto the field. Mack is sprinting down the sidelines pushing people getting all pumped up.
He just rubbed me the wrong way. His win/loss record is outstanding, but I don't think he is a good coach. Hiring Muschamp might push them over the top.
