And how are they going to find a coach willing to sign a contract like that? They need to just accept the fact that as long as they're not in a P5 conference, their coaches will be poached if they have success

Houston usually has an easier schedule and goes on a run every few years with a different coach, so maybe it 's a place he could succeed with the right coordinators. Houston has always had those big offenses though. The fans would be in for a shock with Miles-ball.

I wish Les all the best, I really do. But I don't think Houston would be up for his style play and they don't have the athletes on D to keep them in games.

Well some conference championships over there would be nice. People could get used to that and love him the way we did/do.
