Not you specifically. I was just replying to him being a "great recruiter". I wouldn't consider a guy with a history like that a great recruiter, personally.

Look,

I know you were wholeheartedly against the O hire, as was I. If Kiffin comes to LSU and fails as you say he will, then O will get the blame. If they do well, great. But these guys will still bring in the croots either way, which is good for the longevity of the program.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the shite show.

As much as you're getting your rocks off and praying Kiffin doesn't come to LSU so that you can laugh, you know that there is a better chance of that happening than Lane landing the HC job at Houston for all of the reasons I mentioned.

Carry on with your petulant incessant 24/7 trolling of another school's message board.......

My worry is that he will frick up our program with his shitty/underhanded recruiting tactics. Basically doing what he did at Tennessee here. I can't relax knowing a guy like that could be teaming up with O under the supervision of Alleva. It would be like a triumvirate of idiots running the football program.

The answer is kiffin and then you follow up with this...

Bring on Lane. Let's do this!

Ok...so you know he is a pos pr nightmare and you want him at LSU???

It doesn't matter. The ONLY reason Tennessee is failing right now is because their head coach sucks. They still bring in tons of talent and on paper they were a top ten team this year. Kiffin being there didn't hurt the program at all despite his "tactics".

Exactly. It's ridiculous. Just like claiming to know that Saban doesn't want Kiffin.

Their relationship has been in the rocks for a while, why do you think he brought Sark in? Because Saban felt sorry for him what happened at USC?

Why has Kiffin's contract not been renewed if Saban wanted him to stay?

It does to me, lol. I don't want someone of his character at LSU.

I wouldn't say that. They were penalized by the NCAA for his bullshite. I mean he was calling recruits while at Tennessee to recruit them for USCw. Pretty shitty guy, and i do think he left a negative stigma at UT.

Yes, Kiffin is the answer among those coaches listed. He is the only one of those who has proven to have risk associated with him.

The others don't have that history and UH is hiring a HEAD COACH.

There is a major difference between relative risk between some coaches who have been squeaky clean and one who had some issues but hasn't while at Bama and a PR nightmare.

The guy has been outstanding at Bama.

He isn't getting any younger.

He knows that in the coaching profession you're only given so many passes.

He's had all of his passes.

We have ED frickING ORGERON as our coach

We NEEEEEED a proven OC who can develop QB's

ANYONE we hire comes with risk (of not getting it done)

The hot up and coming OC's out there are not lining up to come to work for ED frickING ORGERON

Do you understand???

Bring on Lane. Let's do this!

Not in the eyes of the current and future players. The reality is that a Kiffin failure will say more about O as a head coach than determine the security of the program long term. He'd be an OC. Hired by O. That's it.

No Lane's been a frick up as a head coach, but he's not leaving Sunday and leaving a team hanging. Thru don't want him there bc Nick didn't trust him.

Agreed, but that's on Alleva. I want LSU to do well, but not with Lane Kiffin in the picture.

Oeaux Canada!!

Perfectly, alleva fricked up on the HC hire so we should put LSU's moral/pr reputation on the line by hiring Kiffin. Double down on the shite show, i guess.

I'd rather the football program take a dive until they fire O and alleva than watch Kiffin as our OC. Again, i understand he is a good coordinator, but it's trouble waiting to happen. He and Orgeron ruin schools when they coach there together.

Hire Lincoln Riley or Matt Canada. Kiffin will only bring us headaches.

Im sure saban will be happy to play against kiffin every year and humiliate him and lsu.

None of this proves anything. It's speculation. Maybe kiffin wanted too much money. It doesn't mean saban doesn't want him. Just won't pay him what he wants so he got a back up plan, sark.

Im not saying that's the reason i am saying neither you or i know.

The current and soon to be back to back national champions who also happen to be a dynasty like we've never seen before did.

Yes absolutely

Here is where you and I will never agree

Hire Lincoln Riley or Matt Canada

NOT happening watch. If we don't get Kiffin prepare for utter disappointment in the hire.

Saban is happy to play against anyone in America and he wins at a better clip than any coach in my lifetime in CFB.

As if Matt Canada will send a chill down his spine.

And sure Lincoln Riley would be awesome, but he's already lining up for HC interviews under the tutelage of Stoops. As if he'd come to work for boudin Eddie.
