This is the difference, Corey Raymond can not hold a candle to Karl Scott. He’s been a dc, coached LB’s, learned under Ron Roberts, Saban, the dude is a flat out ball coach.

Do people actually want Corey raymond over Karl Scott? I hope not.
If Corey raymond never coached at lsu before, this entire site would be shitting on him for getting fired.

Yes, there are people who do, and you’re right. If he hadn’t played here, or coached here, people would be so disappointed in the thought of hiring him. People have no idea what they don’t know.

I watched a random youtube video on basically the same stuff last week by a non-coach. I'm sure Raymond can do that.
I am not a huge Raymond guy and obviously would like Scott over CR, but the CR hate is getting a little much on here.

LSU can do better, that is the point. CR is not half the coach Karl Scott is. To hire CR would be a let down in my opinion.

I do agree that the Raymond hate has gone overboard. We aren't privy to inside info.
Supposedly there were a few players Raymond wanted, but o wouldn't let him take them.
Jardin Gilbert is one. I believe o made Raymond take burns from Georgia too.

LSU is paying Big $$$$$$ for their new Defensive Assistants.
I just can't see Brain Kelly hiring a DB Coach that wasn't good enough in both Recruiting and Coaching under Sun Belt Billy at Florida.
A Karl Scott hire would make more sense.....

half of coaching is recruiting and identifying players. CR is really good at that. Yall have gone overboard with the hate
