I've never heard of such an agreement in college football before. Sounds like they're trying to salvage recruits by giving the impression the staff will remain pretty much the same when Boutdone retires. Hopefully old liver spots will reign as head coach for many years to come. Jimbo could have done worse. Not a bad deal for him at all.
