I would appreciate your view but here’s a few cliffs:

As you are likely aware, JBoy cited an anonymous source last week stating LSU had offered Lincoln Riley an 8-year $96 million contract.

- he says he is still confident in his source that LSU has extended an 8-year $96 million offer
- he said his source is someone in coaching circles that is “in the know”
- he said the offer was verbal and there won’t be anything on paper until it’s a done deal
- he said no news surfacing since the offer was reported is not a concern and we would only hear more after OU’s regular season ends
- he did say he would bet on Lincoln Riley being LSU’s next coach if he had to bet

IF Riley accepts the offer, and since OU is probably completely out of the CFP, do we feel he's still coach them in the Big 12 CG or just say his farewells after Bedlam?

He’ll coach them in the championship game but not the bowl game

If they even make the conference championship game. I’m kind of expecting them to lose to OSU.

But but but we were told he had been secured with a harpoon by someone who is also “in the know”. Lol

Basically he offered a verbal contract and if Riley wants it they’ll draft up the paperwork. Otherwise it’s a waste of time.

…and money. You’d think Mo Jeaux, the attorney, would understand this.
