Bill working for Jones seems like a very incompatible pair.

Harbaugh seems even more incompatible with Jones than Belichick.

If Harbaugh felt Jed York was a micromanager, I can't imagine how he'd deal with Jerry. It would be entertaining to watch though.

Harbaugh has never struck me as either a masochist or fool. Woking for Jerruh today would suggest that.

It wouldn't fix anything. Bill could maybe bring a culture change and would take over the Def.
It won't fix the amount of pressure that Jerry and the franchise and media put on the stars. So much so that they crack and underperform.

Dak/Lamb issues in the 1st half were weird. Then trying to force one to Lamb in 3rd qtr that was picked off, was that pressure and conflict manifesting itself in decision making of Dak. Cooks was cutting across ahead of Lamb wide open and Dak tries to get it to Lamb.

Belichick and Jones would be oil and water. He would want veto power on draft picks, a handpicked yes man at GM, etc.

Btw, it seems Bill's name being floated everywhere is just Bill's PR folks, not the NFL teams.

Harbough would do well in the big D. But they also need a qb. Dak is not that guy to win it all.

Exactly. Harbaugh will take the Chargers job where he’s back in California and can set the tone for the whole organization. There’s no other big personalities to clash with. That job is perfect for him.

Can’t see why BB would want any part of the Jerry Jones sideshow.
