His team has top five composite talent. Either overrated or just soft. He hasn't fared well vs good competition.
He would need a lot of help and a bigass name for DC. He could certain do it, but I he's going to have to recruit a different mentality of player.

Most of his talent was on offense. He lacked defensive talent, at least enough to compete with the big boys. That's where a place like LSU can excel.
