REMAIN CALM. I am now getting some chatter to the effect that Harbaugh is coming, pending t-crossing and i-dotting. None of it is from a source I would consider rock solid, and all of it comes with an ominous "barring a last second change of heart" disclaimer. Please remain calm.

It feels like warranted optimism transforming itself into e-fact via a game of telephone—I can confidently say that there are people close to the situation who think it is happening, some of them very strongly. Whether they're right is another matter. Harbaugh may get NFL offers that change the equation. Right now Michigan can talk to him all they want; NFL teams would get hit with accusations of tampering if they did so. Everyone, including Harbaugh, is working with incomplete information.

LINK /

It is on the top of the front page right now.
Brian the main guy has been pretty optimistic for a while now. They know people inside the program and have felt that Harbaugh was coming barring some unforeseen circumstance for a while.

The owner of mgoblog is Brian, a guy who is probably the single most trustworthy Michigan-related source out there. He has a good reputation and wouldn't risk it if he didn't have some decent information.

I still doubt that Harbaugh is coming, but if Brian's saying this, there might actually be some smoke there.

John Harbaugh doesn't even have T's or I's in his name so this doesn't make much sense

It would be awesome for Jim Harbaugh to go to Michigan, and to suck there. And, I don't mean go between 8-4 and 10-2 every year and lose to OSU 7 times in a row. I mean, go there and never win more than 6 games in 5 seasons.

Jesus Shuttlesworth pretty much wrote this shite last year. There must be some "bullshite Blogger" software that these clowns buy. Just plug in a different name and watch the page hits take off.

Not hard enough if yall think you will get Harbaugh with the state of your program right now, not to mention the NFL GMs that will be throwing the checkbook at him.

"I like my burrito spicy but not MGOBLOG spicy!"

Keep having this fantasy that Michigan takes Les Miles then after some time Harbaugh somehow lands in Baton Rouge. That would be some serious Wolverine melt there.
