Excitement level next year with anyone other than Herman or Jimbo?

I gotta be honest. My excitement level with Herman would be through the roof. Over time I'd get really excited with Jimbo but it would be as immediate as with Herman.

If we don't land either of those, I'm going to have a really hard time getting excited next year. The toughest part to handle is the fact that we will sign some shmuck to a 4-5 year deal and will basically be stuck with them.

I'm praying that we land Herman. Please God, make it happen.

If we don't hire one of them, I'd honestly be more excited hiring Aranda or Dranconian Sanctions' boy toy over a mid tier guy.

I like Jimbo but I would absolutely love to have Herman at LSU.

If we don't hire one of those two, I'll honestly just deactivate my account here and check out of LSU football for the next few years

Fedora would be meh. Fleck would kind of make me excited (interested is probably better word) though cause of how unknown how that would turn out.

I would get excited with Miles as our coach. It won't take me much to get excited for who ever the coach will be, but if it's Herman, I'll be ecstatic!

I've been all Herman since day one. But, if not Tom or Jimbo, I'd still be very excited over Justin Fuente. Would be intrigued with Gundy, Fedora, Mullen, Aranda, Fleck,.

I'm going to be excited no matter who the coach is. It's not miles, so as far as I'm concerned things are moving in the right direction.

If its not one of them with the amount of time we've had it will be so disappointing.

It will be a major drop off if we don't get Jimbo or Herman. I'm not excited at all about Fleck, Fedora, Gundy or Mullen.

If by fun you mean the weekly melts on the rant, then...yes, yes...it would be quite fun

Most of my friends feel the same, and I respect the whole Foley blacklist thing when UF hiring Coach Mac(whom I had as 2014s best possible hire ), and the whole weird MSU gym/alum fiasco..

But, the guy can coach an O, and I feel could be a monster with the right platform. Talent limitations aside, his teams are competent and come to play within their talent and depth levels.

I think it'd be pretty cool, if Gundy and his mullet were roaming the LSU sidelines.
