Hiring a great coach that was killed by Saban's pace 10 years ago when he was 66. Listen to the interview, ingrate.

Why didnt our last coach fire him if a 12 year old knew that? Sorry to be upbeat on a good move that needed to be done.

This. His first move was to fire Cam, then hire Jenkins, then fir BDP.

Looks like things are looking up to me.

Prove me wrong.

If that makes you feel better.

I was disappointed with the selection of O. But I refuse to melt over each and every decision of his. You r laughter sounds like melting to the rest of us.

Ed had Noel Mazzone, Frank Wilson, and Hugh Freeze on his staff at Ole Miss. How did that look there?

The results were not acceptable. What is your point? Everyone is aware of this.

You were asking for counter evidence, I gave it to you. You ask, and it will be provided to you. No need to be such a sensitive penis.

Yep. The people making fun of les BBQ buddies might have a stroke. Orgeron is the ultimate baw coach.

Sensitive? I asked what your point was and you explained. Thanks.

I did ask for you to prove me wrong that O had made 3 good moves.......

1) Fire Cam
2) Hire Jenkins
3) Fire BDP

You responded with something totally off topic. Thanks for the effort, but no thanks.

That's a great question and one I asked going into this season

Me too. Any hiring of Kiffen that results in good offense will be short-term as he will likely be given HC opportunity somewhere. Maybe he has changed his mind and no longer desires HC...... Who knows.

well his DB coach is a big recruiter. that's typically what that position is used for

jenkins isn't going to recruit

Yes...Saban hires a great recruiter at DB coach because he handles a lot of the DB coaching.

Orgeron hires a great DL coach instead of a great recruiter because...

...the logic is there...keeping looking.

Except Bebe is considered a good DL coach as well as a GRET recruiter.

i think he was trying to imply that the Binder was going to fill in the recruiting roles

except yeah he is doing that regardless anyway (just like Saban)

the issue is going to be what happens when the coordinators have to be replaced, on multiple levels

This is certainly a concern. Very rare is the HC who can hold it down on both sides of the ball. Usually, there is a preference.

Bellicheck is one of the few that comes to mind as successfully crossing over from one side of the ball to the other.

With BEBE we will have to fret OC changes as well as DC changes (just like with Miles). It is not ideal, but can work.

what the frick else is he doing if his OC and DC are running the show?

OK, I'll play. Why does Saban need Pruitt if he's already a DC?
