Maybe not totally but there will be significant changes. It's Orgeron's staff now.

He will gather people that share his approach. The staff might not be completed till after signing day, which will trigger serious panic attacks from the delicate flowers around here.

If he lets Craig go, huge mistake IMO. The only change that should be made, and it shouldn't be until after Signing Day, is Grimes. And that's a maybe.

Grimes is getting players, and when Les Left the line looked much better. We had one bad outing, Bama. Keep the guy.

Yeah, that's why I'm only saying maybe get rid of him. He's doing pretty well recruiting, and we did have the #1 OL in the nation...

Sure, O will have it redone after the bowl game and before the first game in 2017.

IDK what changes you make though that constitute a clear upgrade. I think Raymond is overrated as a position coach but is a great recruiter. Grimes maybe. Ensminger maybe gets moved to admin or shadow staff? I don't see Craig and Juluuke leaving (though the latter was rumored for awhile).

I'm in the keep Grimes for at least another year camp. He's very good recruiting and a on the plus side as a coach.

Craig is another keeper.

Juluke - another very good recruiter, dont have a solid opinion on his coaching but if it's good keep him.

Ensminger- definitely needs to be kept around, but maybe not as a coach

Of course Aranda and Raymond stay.

I think there is a possibility

I could see Craig getting a promotion

Raymond to be some place else.

I think the only three that are safe are Ensminger, Aranda and Jenkins

I disagree.

He can't effectively coach his position or develop the talent. Couldn't at his Alma Mater or FSU either. (Fisher coached and developed Jamesis)

What's he do besides recruit?

Orgeron, Aranda, Raymond and Juluke are great recruiters. DC is dead weight here. Hire a great technical WR Coach to develop the talent at LSU. (Miles should've done this)

This is why Bama kicks butt every season. Saban refuses to hire coaches that can't coach their position just because they can recruit. (Many of the kiddies on here just don't understand this)

Wonder why we get all this talent on campus and can't win any Championships?

Occams Razor. The simplest explanation is usually the correct one.

It's coaching stupid.

Dysfunctional Head Coach game planning, organization and play-calling. (Miles) Position coaches that can't effectively coach or develop their players. (Mainly at QB, OL, WR and ST's)

New OC-QB Coach coming. New ST's Coach coming. New OL and WR coach's need to be coming.

I would reserve judgment here until we show some QB development first.

I can't see how anyone can come to the conclusion that Craig can't coach after watching for one season. This year has been a waste of talent from the start, but to say Craig can't coach is a joke. The wide recievers did a very good job considering the up and down performance from our quarterbacks, plus they really seem to improve on their down field blocking, which help Fournette and Guice break alot of long runs. I'm not advocating for O to keep Criag, i'm just saying you can't really judge him off of one up and down season.
