What if another team offers Kiffin a head coaching job this year? He won't sign anything until January so there is plenty of time for him to be a backup plan. I hope Coach O has a backup plan.

The insidious brilliance of this mindset is O never has to be fired, and can never be responsible for anything. If everything is on the coordinators all he has to do is fire one after a bad offensive or defensive season and get a new one.
