Technically,O didn't build those houses. He just filled in as temp GC after the design, workers, and plans were already in place. He saw the job through but he didn't build the house.
It's a good sign, but doesn't mean he is a master craftsman or someone you trust to build your multi million dollar home.

if he was new to the construction industry on the first house and it came out terrible, then built another house later in life in Southern California that turned out pretty good, then built another one in Baton Rouge, one he is currently working on, and that house turns out to be undefeated with a win of Bama, and is the most magnificant house one could imagine, that no one thought could be built, a work of art, I would hire him to continue building my houses.
only he hasn't built any houses in Southern Cal or Baton Rouge.
he remodeled and painted a couple man caves.
did a pretty good job on both man caves and gets credit for it, no doubt.
but starting next season, we're not asking him to freshen up our man cave.
we're asking him to make our entire property the best on the planet.
every single aspect of our property has to be done right. there are other families in the neighborhood who have some of the best construction guys ever working in their properties.
can a guy who's been a career landscape feller (a really damn good one), with a couple solid stints as a all round repair guy compete with those construction. guys?
