You should quit the board for awhile. You are becoming nauseating

What?
So only negative Miles talk is allowed and that isn't nauseating?

The problem with Miles is that he's not Nick Saban

Eh. I'm not emotional enough to think the guy will never contend again and should be fired. That's a ridiculous assertion to me.

Fired? No.

But I've had my fill of his offensive strategy, general stubbornness, and in game brain farts (see before half against A&M).

Agreed. There were alot of read options in the A&M game and it was refreshing to see that.

I've said before and still think it is probably a good time for him to go. Gets him away from a shitty fan base and gets LSU fans new blood to eat their own.

It's the posts like these, that you have no problem making over and over again, that show you are really just a les miles fan, not an Lsu fan.

the offense against wisconsin and a&m was acceptable. We should have finished more drives against A&m but at least we ran more of a offense that suits our qb even if it was the shitty one. The problem is why did we not run a similar offense all year. I don't think it would have had as much success vs bama as we saw in the first two games but the rest of the season it would probably do fairly well.

from the start. we could have mixed in some power game with it. We have the players to run a type of power spread. Id also love it if we used our two running back set like we use to and replaced throws to neighbors with throws to Buga.

I don't think the guy is perfect at all, but most everyone that wants him gone act as if LSU is immune to being Tennessee, USC, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Miami.

When there's a coaching change, you're risking quite a bit. If you make the wrong hire, you're risking up to 5-6 years of being a bad team then trying to turn it around again etc etc.

With Miles, regardless of what any of you think and this year's team, he's capable of contending for conference championships and even National Championships.

Again, the #1 problem with LSU fans when it comes to Les Miles is that he's not Nick Saban.

I don't think Tennessee fits with the others. They have an issue that is harder to fix than USC,TEXAS,UF,Da U and say us if we make the wrong hire. Tennessee home recruiting ground is dog shite. They aren't relegated to Nebraska level because they are close to hot recruiting grounds, but they can't bounce back like the other programs.

IMO if Les stays we are looking like Texas under Mack. They are pretty similar attitude wise. Les could realistically win another title, but I don't think its likely.

I agree though hiring a new coach is always going to have some risk. However, as long as we don't hold on to long or make multiple bad hires we wont end up as bad as the vols have been.

Im ok with Miles staying if he takes an even more hands off approach to the offense/ or if the powerI and slamming the square peg against the round hole was cams idea then fire cam and bring in a competent oc.

I absolutely agree. You could make a great hire...or you could set yourself up for a long time in the desert. It is a real serious risk.

I disagree here. I think the game has passed Les by and he is coasting. I think he is complacent. I think he has become more stubborn as he has aged. I think he views himself as untouchable and has become arrogant without deserving to become so. I do not think LSU will ever play for another championship (SEC or NC) with Les as our HC.

Not for me. I don't expect him to be Saban. I was fine with Les up until 1/9. It has been a steady downhill view in my opinion of him ever since that time. I have numerous issues with him that have nothing to do with Saban. I have problems with his offensive philosophy, his handling of Jarrett Lee, his love of JJ, his handling of Brandon Harris, his handling of Shepard, his clock management, his game planning, his game decisions, his lack of game time adjustments, his BS, along with several other issues that really have nothing to do with Saban.

Next year, when we're rolling our way to Atlanta and the CFB playoff, they'll all be conveniently sucking Les off and posting GIFs of Les' coolness.

So if next year, all that shite doesn't happen, will you be one of the buttfrick stupid sons of bitches claiming "its actually next year we gonna roll through the SEC blah fricking blah".

If you want to go jerk your pud to taxslayer bowls and outback bowls, go be a ole miss fan. They love that kinda shite. Nothing against those bowls in rebuilding years, but we've been rebuilding for 4 fricking years.

It's put up next year or shut the frick up. No more excuses. Win the SEC or GTFO.

Miles is not the best coach in LSU history.

Nick Saban is, whether we like it or not.
