Do you guys really think that a man who has been an offensive coordinator for many years in the NFL doesn't know what he is doing? I would like to see him stay on, and have Alleva direct Miles that Cameron is to have total control of the offense. Cameron should not be blamed for our offensive woes; everyone knows who the problem is.

One of my good friends is a diehard ravens fan. At the time cam was hired I was ecstatic, knew it was a home run. I refused to believe him when he told me that in a few years, we would come to dislike cam just like most of the Ravens fans. Guess you were right Andrew.

Sounds like that wouldn't go over well

He had a similar style with the Ravens and it drove their fanbase insane.

We, just like them, have no intermediate passing game.

Also, he's known as a big time QB developer, but Harris has regressed and looked poorly coached down the stretch. He's had two years of him and 3 of Jennings. Time for a new system and new blood IMO.

He has a habit of getting fired, so odds are...yes.

We are not entirely the same schematically as we were under stud or crowton

it's a much more vertical offense. too many throws that take NFL talent at QB to complete, so they dumb it down for what they have. That's why mett was able to look like a star and the next 2 guys come around look like junk.

I would rather see him bring in a guy with no ties to himself and let them coach from the field. Lane Kiffin could be free Mid-January.

I think with Cam fighting cancer he could have lost his edge. I meen he has a clean bill of health now but who knows how long he has suffered from the symptoms before even knowing knowing what they were. IMO. Still with that said somethings gotta change.

Nope. After the chaos of last week, fans and players need to see a visible change to get excited again.

Aside from having 3 top 50 draft picks and a backup NFL Qb, this offense hasn't changed since 2005. He could have all the edge in the world and it won't mean shite bc Les sticks him in the booth.

Dude. He got fired more than George Jetson.

Well the Ravens did win the Super Bowl after he was fired during the season.

To be fair, he 'developed' 2 first round picks and a high second. While he should get some credit, it's not like he turned some back end late rounders into starters.

His system is brutal on QB's, absolutely brutal.

The 'Air Miles' offense of '13 is clearly the result of exceptional talent, in retrospect.
