I think hes saying that USC wanted Kelly & offered him but he turned them down & ended up at LSU.
In that scenario USC nor ND got what they wanted. LSU got their & USCs 1st Choice!

No he won’t. USC doesn’t care about football the way the SEC does, and Lincoln doesn’t have the experience or the focus to get them there. You have to be all in to transform a program. Lincoln said himself he woke up one morning with an offer and accepted a few hours later. He is there for the cash and will listen to offers while there.
