If Jimbo did decide to bolt for LSU I would be kind of hesitant that maybe he was aware some heavy sanctions were about to come down on FSU. Lets be honest the past 2 years have had some dirty stuff going on thats made its way to the media regarding that school and the football team

yeah, only reason for him to leave FSU is because he doesn't get along with the FSU higher-ups.

But, when you dig in some more, you see he is only the 14th highest paid coach, so this is clearly a ploy by Sexton to get him paid:

Last years recruiting class says hello along with the two 1000yd receivers and rusher we had last year.

You don't recruit players by accident any more and Les has shown he can recruit.

Why would he want to play LSU's schedule when he can play FSU's and go undefeated?

Because one loss eliminates him, and he is coaching the defending national champion yet doesn't have as much respect as a team that can't beat OU in a BCS game or Ole Miss.

He wasn't implying that Les can't recruit. Just that if Les were to leave that Jimbo replacing him wouldn't cause a dropoff in recruiting

Yeah, let me make it 10x as hard to make the playoffs every year. No way this would ever happen

I said he would come here yesterday. He's an upgrade and would keep the defensive staff together.

i have no idea how he gets along with the brass at FSU, but the staff pay for 2013 LSU-$4,565,803. FSU $2,874,450. May be reaching, but that is a rather significant difference.

Jimmy Sexton doing work. Float it now just to make them nervous. Jimbo gets paid just a little bit more and never leaves FSU.

Jimbo would not make a lateral move from FSU to LSU. Makes no sense.

Cause Jimbo has never made a lateral move involving those two schools before.

He would almost guarantee Jimbo Fisher would take the LSU job.

Dumbest shite I've read in a while. Jimbo has a program firing on all cylinders. Why would he make a lateral.

Only way I could see this would be if the Winston situation got out of control and he decided to bail. We probably wouldn't want him under those circumstances, though.

Jimbo just feels like a dirty coach w all the Jameis stuff. Appears program is a bit out of whack

This, a few weeks ago everyone was talking about how terrible he was making himself and FSU look with what is going on over there with Winston and the police as well as his SEC brainwash shtick. Now, everyone wants him?

Not to mention why leave an FSU program that is hitting on all cylinders for LSU in a tougher conference.

Because the player that built that program is going to leave at some point.

I've heard on ATL radio that he and the FSU brass aren't exactly BFFs.

On Jax radio the rift between jimbo and FSU higher ups comes from when i believe the Auburn job opened up and Jimbo seriously considered it and the way the way he was treated when he was the coach in waiting behind bowden.
