Thoughts on this? I think it would be a good hire

would be a great hire for Baylor

Mullen's personality must be completely toxic for him to not get any run whatsoever for a big job.

Isn't that what the Florida insiders have been saying for years?

Who is saying this? I haven't seen it reported anywhere, include paywall sites.

The five candidates for head coach (in no order)
1. Fedora
2. McIntyre
3. Fleck
4. Montgomery
5. Morris

Baylor needs a reality check if they think they are getting McIntyre.

Hate to break it to them, but they are a mid level school in a bad conference.

His daughter went to Baylor and he is quite familiar of the school. Apparently he is also a very religious man and Baylor appeals to him from that perspective.

But he has his son playing for him at Colorado and he has done a phenomenal job, so I don't think he leaves.

I doubt he would come to Baylor, since he just completed his second rebuild. Having said that, he only makes 2 million a year and Baylor might offer 4+. Colorado is going to have to give him a big raise.

Also his son is on the Colorado team, so that presents another problem.

Mullen is at Miss St, an Adidas school. Doubt he gets a look at THE Nike school. Could be wrong, but would be surprised.

zero evidence of this actually

Mullen makes 4.25 million at State, is Baylor going to offer more than that? probably not.

Baylor needs to realize they are Baylor.

Keep an eye on McElwan to Oregon and Mullen to Florida

Why would fedora leave UNC unless it was a big time job?

And Mac knows he's in line for a legit job in a year or two, he's not touching Baylor
